Very efficient service. A greeter was at the gate when checking into the parking lot even at 3:45 AM.. He made sure the bus driver knew how many people were in our group. Easy to use the code sent for check-in and checkout.

I was unhappy because truck parked with in a foot of my car and I could not get in driver side I had to back up my car by sitting on passenger side and pushing on brake with my hand to back up until I could get driver side door open . I know you can not be watching how people are parking but maybe have spots were bigger trucks don't have to fit in tight spots

The entire experience was great, from parking my vehicle and catching the shuttle to getting to the airport. The best part was upon return the driver was great. Arrived after a short wait at the pickup spot at the airport and getting us back to our vehicle. He had a very pleasant disposition.
