the parking spot 1 in St. Louis was very convenient and fast. However, the last time i used parking spot 3 was so slow i almost missed my flight. the drive kept circling the lot over and over and over even though he knew i was in a hurry.
Promt, courteous, and friendly employees and service. My travel times on this trip began very early and ended very late. Both - even though not the best times to expect someone to be alert and happy - both experiences exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
