Prompt pick up at lot
You know what you’re doing. No excuses for being overcrowded, instead you step up and have people park valet if the lots are full. The facilities conveniently located, and the staff is very polite and knows how to navigate LAX.

I was traveling with my wife and 1 yo. twins. We had our luggage, carry ons, stroller and two cars seats with us. They picked us up right there from our vehicle which was amazing. The drivers both to the airport and back to our car were both extremely helpful with all of our stuff. It was our first time ever using The Parking Spot and it was a great experience. Also liked that the spots were covered and getting in and out of the place was easy. You can either prepay or pay as you exit.

Quick access to airport. Continual bus service. Sometimes the readers do not work properly especially in bright sun. We have had problems with readers several times at 4;00 am

I like the short distance to the airport and the covered spots; the drivers are great as well ; the only thing I would change is to give us a chance to walk to our spot once we’re at the facility vs driving around to everyone’s spots.
The Parking Spot is very convenient & makes going to MCO easier. Rates are reasonable.
