Easy to schedule and the drop-off/pick-up right at our parking spot can't be topped!

I kind of want to keep it a secret so people don't steal my joy, but it is absolutely a game changer. Having someone just come directly to you with kids? JOY. Having someone tell you exactly what row you're going to park in so you're not driving around searching? JOY. Having the app find your geolocation so that it sees you're ready to be picked up with you land? ALSO JOY. I can't speak highly enough about it. We fly a good bit and have never tried it and now that I did, I will never park anywhere else. Fantastic.

This was a great service. We did Self Park. We used the app for the reservation and prepaid. We scanned our QR code to enter. We were directed to an empty space and the shuttle showed up behind our car within 3 seconds and took us to a Terminal. They gave a card with our parking location. On our return, we followed instructions to the shuttle location and the shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes. We shared the card with the driver and he dropped us off to our car and helped with luggage. We used the QR code on the app to exit also as we had prepaid. Fantastic service. We will use them again.

It was a good experience. Directions well marked, van pick up and drop off were good. The only feedback I would provide is for the drivers who are picking up people, take a bit more care on marking the card with the row and spot number were we parked. The pick-up driver had a terrible time reading the writing and we had to drive around the lot a bit more than should have been necessary.
