First time parking there. But I was impressed with how they set up and managed parking.

Website was informative and easy to use.
When I did a preliminary stop to confirm procedures (the day of was going to be very short and very early; with multiple factors for error coupled with a 2-hour drive).
Drop off was quick with little to no lag time between drop off to their shuttle to airport.
Upon return contact was straight forward and concise. Service agent was a little hesitant to clarify "a while" (airport had an accident that was snarling all traffic in and out, not The Parking Spot's problem). But knowing where their shuttle pick-up was, I trimmed a projected 2+ hour wait to 20 minutes.
Driver was flexible enough to deal with multiple passengers in an extremely chaotic situation.
Pick up a breeze (keep in mind that this is just short of midnight) as vehicle was waiting and ready to go. Emailed receipt hit my inbox on the way home.

Your staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how frequently your buses circle the airport. And I love how easy it is to book through your app — takes the stress out of traveling!

I requested a complete detailing and the job they did overall was excellent. However, I also requested to pay attention to the inside of windshield. Unfortunately, that was not well done.

So convenient

At 1 AM, there were two buses waiting at the Terminal A pick up point. We were assisted in loading our 6 bags and whisked to our parking spot and deposited at our car. Pick up was equally easy two weeks ago at the start of our trip. Pricing is reasonable for covered parking.
