I was disappointed, however, that the bathroom was so dirty. Please bring back the folded washcloths and hide the plunger. It used to feel high end before the cheap paper towels.

I’ve always loved this salon - they treat you like you’re royalty and also their BFF. I have…complicated hair, and I’ve never been disappointed. Maxine was amazing - it was my first time meeting her, although I’ve come here for years. I would highly recommend a little self indulgence. It’s always worth every penny.
Each team member is so welcoming to me. The nail technician ((Nicole) did a great pedicure once again!
The clean and friendly atmosphere
Everything except the sinks. I have a bad neck and the sinks at the Knob Hull location were much better. Maybe you should put at least one of those sinks in your other two salons.
The stylist was extremely conscientious about her work. She did an extremely good job.
Janell listens to what my likes and dislikes are, she asks questions to ensure she and I both understand the process to have the best outcome.
