The Mark Pardo Salon @ Albuquerque Uptown staff is always pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable. Cheryl has cut my hair twice. I was completely delighted with Cheryl, and the haircuts she gave me. Most recently, Mikayla, a protege, gave me a great cut. I love the scalp massage at the beginning, and walking out knowing I have a great haircut.
I tried another stylist because I couldn't get on the schedule with Cheryl when I needed to. I would happily have either of them do my hair again. I suspect all the stylists at Mark Pardo would do a great job.
Now for my favorite thing. The two stylists both did exactly what I asked. I appreciate having a professional's opinion and ideas, then getting exactly what I want. Over the years, I have had many experiences when I ended up with the cut the stylist thought I should have, instead of what I wanted. I appreciate coming to Mark Pardo and knowing I will be happy!
I see Nicole for my manicure and she is amazing my nails always look Fabulous when she is done. She has beautiful colors to choose from so many great choices.
I also see Skylar for my hair color and she did an amazing job. She just moved to the next level after being a protégé and she has shown why she was promoted.
Angel was my stylist. She was so gracious and very competent. We discussed how I'd like my hair cut, and we discussed the various ways I'd like this accomplished. The head massage was a welcome surprise! I had received a gift certificate from my daughter, who is a returning client there, so was looking forward to a professional cut. Angel exceeded my expectations. I love the new style!

My hairdresser, Cynthia, is always very concerned about my hair and my hairstyle requests. Very courteous and friendly. She doesn't "talk my ears off". Conversation is always good and non-opinionated. I've been a Mark Pardo customer for many, many years.
Rue is a perfectionist. The young ladies at the front desk are always so courteous and helpful.

I love Sandra. The color and products used at the Salaon are awesome because Aveda isn't harsh on my scalp or hair, but Sandra is the reason I go there.
