Jamie did an amazing job with my eyebrows! I appreciate she kindly offered to wear a mask for my session. She was extremely professional and my brows look great!
I was disappointed, however, that the bathroom was so dirty. Please bring back the folded washcloths and hide the plunger. It used to feel high end before the cheap paper towels.

Iā€™ve always loved this salon - they treat you like youā€™re royalty and also their BFF. I haveā€¦complicated hair, and Iā€™ve never been disappointed. Maxine was amazing - it was my first time meeting her, although Iā€™ve come here for years. I would highly recommend a little self indulgence. Itā€™s always worth every penny.

Everything except the sinks. I have a bad neck and the sinks at the Knob Hull location were much better. Maybe you should put at least one of those sinks in your other two salons.
