Consistency. Pleasant and polite. Skill levels are clear and accurate among the beauticians. Manager is accessible and responsive to positive comments. Less than stellar interactions, though few and far between, are dealt with to the client’s satisfaction.
From start to finish it was great. I was greeted immediately, and given a cup of coffee while I waited. The 2 stylists who worked on me, (color and then cut) were both fantastic. Very Happy.
