Consistency. Pleasant and polite. Skill levels are clear and accurate among the beauticians. Manager is accessible and responsive to positive comments. Less than stellar interactions, though few and far between, are dealt with to the client’s satisfaction.
From start to finish it was great. I was greeted immediately, and given a cup of coffee while I waited. The 2 stylists who worked on me, (color and then cut) were both fantastic. Very Happy.

I’ve been going to Aveda salons and using Aveda products for 20+ years. I just moved to the area and was pleased to find the Mark Pardo salon right in neighborhood. My experience was wonderful. The stylist,Maddie, listened to me, checked in with me throughout the process and gave me a great haircut! All in all, another excellent Aveda experience.

Angel did a great job on my root dye and she also instructed me how to use Conditioner. I was doing it all wrong. Also, she said a leave in conditioner would help me a lot. She was right. I'm very happy with the feel of my hair now.
