This location is welcoming. I was attended to as I walked in and offered a cup of tea. My hair stylist was great, personable and offered information of tips to style and product that best suited my hair type. She was accommodating to questions where she referred and provided insight for when she could.
Cheryl was my hairdresser for a few years but she’s no longer with Mark Pardo. I’ve been back and have had a few different hairdressers who are higher level, but they didn’t have the proper training for the bixie cuts I like. I had an appointment this past Friday and made sure with the receptionist that the hairdresser I scheduled with had experience with short straight hair and she reassured me she did. It was not the case, so Max had to step in to fix it. I was happy Max was able to fix it, but now I’m going to have to grow it out for at least 4-6 months to get what I originally wanted.
I love the salon! Jade was awesome and she listened to what worked for me and my Haircut was what I wanted!

How good my hair turned out. I was in bad hair mode for about 1 year, but now I feel so much better.
I also like that I didn't have to wait for my appointment. I was taken in on time, at 12:30 p.m.
I don't have too much extra time to do things, so keeping to the schedule really saved me. Thank you.

Great service and great haircut and style.
I scheduled an appointment online about 2 weeks in advance. I just stated I wanted a cut and picked the time that would work for me, the appointment was quoted at 75 minutes online. Bella happened to be available so I chose her. I showed up the day of, a couple minutes early and she promptly brought me back for my cut. She spent several minutes asking me exactly what i wanted and confirming with me before starting. She is a Protégé and her instructor stopped by many times. I was taken to the wash bowl and had my hair washed and conditioned. I had refused the scalp and shoulder massage but i was asked a few times to make sure i really wanted to skip it. I was then wrapped in a towel and brought back to the chair. Bella then confirmed what i wanted and started on the hair cut. After the cut my hair was then blow dried and styled. In total the appointment was closer to 105 minutes but the cut was perfect. I would 100 percent recommend Bella for long hair services. She also told me she enjoys doing highlights, so i might have to schedule that in the future as well.
