Easy to schedule or reschedule, great welcoming staff, pleasant environment.

I am a loyal Maxine customer, but everyone is a top notch professional.

I drive a little extra distance for the experience. Even my dog likes going there.

Brittney’s quick response when I arrived,
Her personal caring questions as to what exactly I needed/wanted from my appointment.
Then as she progressed her manner of shampooing was gental yet long complete lathering/rinsing without wetting my clothes & keeping me warm.
She didn’t assume any step but asked what/how I wanted from a style.

I have been seeing, Annette, . on and off (mostly on) for years. She doesn't forgetwhat I like, but she always asks if I want something different. The salon and the staff are great. I live way in the South Valley and my salon and Annette are iclose to Rio Rancho. I'll continue to commute because I always look and feel great after. Gloria
