I have loved the Aveda Experience for 30 years! I’m fairly new to Albuquerque and your salon and I love my stylist and have been satisfied with every haircut and Aveda service. As a fairly new client, I’ve observed the other clients and everyone is smiling and pleased with their services, as well.

I love my experience with Angel at Mark pardo. She does just what I want and more. The only thing I dislike is the unnecessary noise level--a very loud hair designer way in the back of the salon that I can hear many, many feet away. Disrupts an otherwise very pleasant experience.
I enjoy being greeted by a friendly person that offers me a drink, a complementary makeup refresher and a seat. Once my stylist, Rue is ready for me she will listen to what is working for my hair and what needs improvements. Rue works at making me comfortable and will give me little covers for my glasses so I can read while my hair processes. Rue wants to make me happy with my hair color and style and she is an expert! When I'm finished the receptionist and stylist work on making sure I am happy with my experience and will get me scheduled for my next visit.
Maxine is very professional and knows how to cut my hair. The staff are nice and always offer something to drink while I wait.
