The service man is always friendly and helpful. He always calls before he comes to make sure the time is right. And he does a great job keeping my home free of insects. Before he leaves he always gives me and update if he finds any problems or if things are ok!

The quality of service, effectiveness of product, and Rebecca, my terminix diva. She is not only pleasant and professional, but always knows exactly what to do to update our anti-big shield. She takes great care of not only our house, but our 4 cats who sometimes follow her around providing input as needed. She handles it like a pro - because she is a pro!!
