I like the variety of services Terminix has to offer a homeowner at competitive prices. What I like most of all is their customer service. I am treated with dignity and honesty at each inspection of my home. I know they are just doing their job but it’s the way they do their job that warms my heart. Grayson is our inspector. He is not just our inspector, he is an Ambassador for Terminix Services who believes in always inspecting our home like it’s his home.
Taylor my service technician does an excellent job surveying the home and surroundings and implementing preventive issues. I am very happy with his effort and execution and recommend him highly.

Efficiency
Brent Volburg is the best. Always on time and addresses every concern.
The office staff needs some improvement. We were skipped on service because they marked our account as no automatic scheduling but instead marked us as wait for our call before they tried to schedule us. The manager straightened it out but should have never been this way.
