We live on a lake under old growth trees. Beautiful place to live for people and bugs. Our Terminix folk have been working with us on a regular basis to control the environment here and make it pleasant for us and unpleasant for bugs. Been scheduled visits all I have to do is call and Eric will come as soon as possible. We have cats so we expressed concern about toxic chemicals. We have never had a problem. We like pretty much everything about the service we receive.

The Franklin NC branch, and manager Robert in particular, are very responsive and pleasant to work with. The Terminix organization, specifically international portion, needs to stop interfering with customers like me who want to work with a local branch operation.

BRADLEY DUGGAR WAS VERY PROMPT IN CALLING ME BEFORE ARRIVAL AS REQUESTED BY PHONE TO WENDY. HE IS VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND ASKS IF ANYTHING SPECIAL I NEEDED DONE. HE REPLACED SEVERAL OF THE MICE BAIT BOXES WITH NEW ONES ARE SOME HAD MOLD ON THEM. EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
