I like my tech Cameron and the service that he provides. He is personable, punctual and professional. I trust his work and appreciate his taking the time to listen to my concerns. Since Cameron started being my tech, I rarely see bugs scurrying outside when I turn on the light. After the previous treatment, I found one on his back right inside the door and he was dead. Only one inside in 3 months! Cameron is the best and an asset to the company.

Over the 11 years we have had Terminix termite inspections the service has been managed reliably and promptly. Brandon did our inspection the past two years. He does a thorough job including getting into our crawl space. He explains what his plan is for completing our two part inspection of the house and the bait stations, answering any questions we have.

Terminix inspects covered properly on a yearly basis. Thus far there has been no termite activity found.
The tech that came was polite. He took out old traps, and rearranged them in a better location. He cleaned up and explained what he had done.
