. Jacob Suber was our associate. He was personable, knowledgable and
committed to his job. We had yellow jackets swarming out of the ground near our crawl space and Quality Air needed to work on our HVAC. He eliminated the problem and inspected all around the house for other issues. Very thorough.

First and foremost I like the personnel-Eric, who does my termite inspection; Stephanie, who changes out the bait traps; and Lydia, who schedules my appointments with Eric and Stephanie, and also answers any administrative questions I might have. Second, there has been no sign of termites in the six years I’ve owned and lived in this house. Third, Eric recommended I fully encapsulate the crawl space and install your dehumidifier-I have been extremely satisfied with the resulting moisture readings.
