The employees are prompt when you have an appointment. They are always friendly and helpful when you have a problem. They brush down the cobwebs outside the house at every visit. they always ask if you have some place else that needs to be sprayed.

Always on time, call and they come out quickly. Terminex also send reminders when it’s time to reapply, Robert has been knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know he is dedicated enough to investigate and gain that knowledge. Kudos to Robert!! Shout out to the staff/schedulers, always very pleasant.

Vien, our technician is the best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable about pests and very pleasant to my wife and I. Terminix offers us a 3% yearly savings if we pay upfront. I was going to give the office my credit card to pay the yearly deal and the nice office lady explained how their is a charge of 3% using the credit card but she said Vien would pick up our check and drop it off to the office. He had no problem doing this for us. This company is very pleasant to deal with and if I see any bugs crawling in the house they will come back n/c. You can’t beat that. Keep up the good work!
