Terminix service is professionally done every three months. The technician is very knowledgeable and courteous.
We are not always home but we trust our regular person with Terminix to do a great job. He is conscientious and keeps in good touch with me. We have had not problem with pests using termini’s.

I like that the office is in Seneca so that if I have a concern it will only take approximately ten minutes to be there.
Both men who have come out have been very professional, AND, they're experienced.
I was asked by the tec if I would like for him to let me know when he leaves, or just leave on his own. I was never asked that question with Orkin...they always just left. Now, I'm not complaining because they always provided very good service.
The tec also asked if I would like to be out with him while he was doing the treatment, or just do it on his own. I had never been asked this question either.
The secretary was very nice.
