Very fast service is the best part of Standard.
Pleasant technicians and professional service
Expediated and professional service when I needed it. I would recommend using them. The whole process from the service call, requesting a sales person to installation of a new furnace was less than two days. The new furnace is quiet and efficient.
Our furnace stopped in the middle of the night with a "code 21 gas relay valve malfunction". We called the Standard heating 24 hour emergency help line at 6:30 AM and got a live operator right away and a call from the company shortly thereafter who scheduled a service tech for that afternoon. The service tech was able to come out despite slick roads and 5 degree temps that morning and had the problem fixed (under warranty) by early afternoon. Great service! Very happy...
Our service technician was excellent. He was timely and explained things thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make that we were completely satisfied with the repair and service.

They show up in a timely manner. The service guys are friendly takes time to explain wht they need to do or is causing the issues. This last visit Nate the service tech ws nice professional and explained things whereas I understood

We've been pleased with the actual service provided to us in our home and are very happy with the new furnace that was installed in March 2022. Our issue is that with a new furnace, the Smart Club services we had been receiving were suspended because they were not necessary with a new unit. Although we received none of the tune-up services (and didn't need to), Standard heating continued charging our credit card for the monthly membership services. This uncommunicated situation benefits Standard Heating, certainly not us as customers.
I spoke to a person in the office several weeks ago about this, and was told that the four $15.05 charges made on 8/16, 9/16, 10/17, and 11/16 would be refunded. As of yet, I don't see that a credit for $60 or so has been posted to my card.

Outside Temperature Sensor not reporting to Thermostat from the beginning.
Had to wait until 12/8/22 for repair.
I informed the Tech the wire from the OTS not connected to the right place.
Tech chose to replace OTS...still not working.
I said "Humor Me' please and follow the wire to the circuit board.
Wire was in wrong place , problem solved.
Tech should learn to listen to an old guy
Service was great. I called in the morning and it was fixed by 2:00 PM. The furnace motor seemed to running at half speed and the house wasn’t warming up. The service person came in and replaced the furnace blower engine and it was working great after that.
I can trust you and your company. My husband passed away in May and he did all the work around the house. Phil Hathaway came to the house and gave me an estimate. I don't know all the details but I knew I could trust him. They installed the furnace on Dec 2nd and that went well. Sorry I don't remember the name of the fellow who did the installing. You also sent me the paper so the City of Plymouth could come for the inspection. It was all easy to understand being that I never did that before. You can share this information to promote Standard Heating and I just turned 80 years old and I could understand all the information that was necessary for me to do.

Consistent high quality of service
We’ve received excellent service from the Standard techs. Our furnace recently failed over the weekend during very cold weather. It was fixed the next morning and our Smart Club membership plus the warranty covered everything. Recommend Standard Heating very highly!

Quick, reliable service. I have never experienced a less than great service person from Standard Heating. Before they leave the workplace is always cleaned perfectly, sometimes better than it was when they started. The service people always go over the work that needs to be done and when it is finished they go over it once again. I am completely happy with the service I receive from Standard Heating!
