Friendly knowledgeable service. I always get my many questions answered by an expert.
Your technician accidentally left the gas off after our furnace repair. My house nearly froze before he came back to find the problem. My son had to take a day off from work to wait for the tech to come back and the woman on the phone was nasty when she made the emergency appointment and threatened us with the fee for coming out even though I paid for your monthly plan. I called to see if you could reimburse us for my son’s lost wages and no one could talk to me. I left a message for a manager and no one returned it. You disappointed me in every possible way.
Professional installers.
The service was quick and professional. Sadly, my furnace had quit all together then after agreeing to replace it the next day three groups of two people came through out with the old and in with the new I was amazed, very courteous, very friendly, and no mess. Thank you for the one-day complete replacement service.
The sales person that sold us an AC and furnace in May of 2016 told us things that we are finding out were not true. We were told if we ever needed either unit replaced they would be replaced by equal or better than what we have never less. When our AC went out in July 2020 they replaced it with a smaller unit. After many phone calls they came out in August 2020 and put in a larger unit but still not what we had. We were also told we would only have to have tuneups every 3 years to fulfill the warranty requirements. Also not true, that needs to be done every year.
We were also told the warranty covered everything but filters for 11 years. I have since been told that is not true. Our furnace is now leaking water and when a technician came out he said the heat exchanger is rusted out. The bottom of the furnace is all rusted and water is still leaking on the tile floor. We are hoping this gets fixed soon. The units we were sold do not seem like the best quality being as both have failed within 6 years of being installed. Because of our experience with Standard Heating we would not recommend them.

All of the people that we encountered during the process of procuring heat (a furnace) during subzero weather, was personable and the work of installation was very professional. Communication was excellent. We were very impressed with everyone from Standard Heating.

Seth was particularly pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He was on time and cared about his shoes being wet on my floor. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it and then answered in general many questions we had about our thermostat and air exchanger.

I love being able to call and talk to a person. Prompt, efficient. My furnace and air conditioner have worked well since having your company service them.
Although installation was great and it works fine, but it is very hard to reach Standard Heating after work is complete. I am just asking for final invoice (a proof of paid receipt) which is needed by lender, but very hard to reach them. It seems they just disappeared after work is completed and paid. Kevin and Ryan were both friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and what they were finding.
I already brought up the problem with Adam from the STANDARD HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY. I bought a brand new boiler at home and the detector for the boiler is not working as per the techie installer. They still need to put a new to detect the co which affect 1% of the heat consumption. I hope they will come and fixed that. Not at all a great experience with the STANDARD.
Speed of service was great, knowledge about my unit from prior install & visit, and the tech was amazing. Knowledgeable, detailed in his work and explanation.

An installation manager was supposed to call us about a mistake made at install that rusted the inside of our new furnace. We haven’t received a call. Mistakes happen but the way you handle and correct them is more important. The way this has been handled shows us all we need to know.
The lady that came out to do the tune up was lovely.
