What I like the most is the complete service you folks deliver. You recently installed a new furnace and said that if I had any problems to call. There was a problem but it was in the ductwork having to do with a damper, not the furnace itself. Nick found the unusually installed damper and took care of the problem.
It is difficult to find craftsmen who are an expert in their trade, possess a strong sense of customer support, are committed to customer satisfaction, take pride in their workmanship and reflect character, honor and integrity. Lofty praise I know…Nick has earned every word of it.

Am very pleased with the new furnace Standard installed for me in Dec 2022. Very high quality work was done by all the HVAC, gas and electric technicians involved. They showed a high attention to detail and used the best quality materials and parts. They found several code errors for my gas and electric lines and corrected them properly. They gave me plenty of time for questions and thoroughly explained my new systems and thermostat when all the work was done. There was no pressure from the sales rep that consulted with me. I felt comfortable choosing the lower priced option that worked better for me than the higher priced furnace option. Standard's response to my call for help with fast when I had no heat during below zero temperatures. I had help within two days of calling and a new furnace running perfectly in less than a week. I've hired Standard for all my home heating and cooling needs for over 20 years and won't call anyone else in the future.

Everyone from woman on the emergency call, emergency repairman, sales, caller for scheduling to installers all concerned, caring and professional with a warm touch. Also, the fact that all paperwork for rebates, etc., was taken care of for me. This left me with great confidence that Standard Heating and the new system was the correct decision.

Service call was fairly timely, less than 10 hours and Nathan is already SOOO SWEET and kind. He explains what he thinks is wrong and then what HAS gone wrong. Fixed it and voila!! So happy!! And explained billing also!

Was having furnace problems on Christmas Eve day. Service appointment was for the next day. Service person came at the appointed time, got right to work. found the problem was the settings on the termostat. Made recommendations and them made some minor adjustments to the furnace itself. Very professional
