I called Friday night when I discovered we were out of propane, although we were on automatic delivery. The overnight service rep was AMAZING. She patiently helped me walk through troubleshooting, and when we determined the problem she went to work to solve it. Although she couldn't promise anything, she said she would try her best to get me service. And she did it. I received a text from a delivery man, who showed up promptly Saturday morning and quickly resolved my issue.
