I like being able to go online and find my propane usage and also my next delivery date. If I think I might run out before the next delivery I call and there is always a pleasant person to talk to and an earlier delivery is made.

I have never had to worry about when my K1 is going to be delivered to me. They are very efficient and have a wonderful office staff. I call in my payment and the person I talk is pleasant and easy to talk to. Kudos to Downeast energy, and I always know I will be taken care of.
Friendly employees
My K1 delivery was yesterday and I was very happy to see the driver. I have a difficult driveway and parking area and my daughter's car was parked there. He carefully negotiated the car...and dragged the hose up the walkway to the back of the house. No easy task, that's for sure. We were making Christmas cookies and happily shared a couple with him. Many thanks!
