Fitness Factory has everything you could want in a gym—machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. There’s plenty of parking, and the locker rooms are spotless, with a well-maintained sauna as an added bonus. The staff are always friendly and courteous, and the overall cleanliness is outstanding—you can literally smell how clean it is before you walk through the door. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a serious place to work out.
Location and availability of equipment.
Gym is great, but the choice in music still is pretty bad, unless it's later in the evening.
Like the core class and equipment is the main room. Could you put up hooks in the exercise room to hang our coats. Also could you move the mat holder away from the pole. Its hard to get

The overall place of the gym is very comforting. It is the first gym that I have ever been to that I genuinely feel comfortable in. There are people of all types of fitness levels, which makes it ok that I'm not the strongest.

Kristin's classes are wonderful. She really watches to ensure that everyone is keeping proper form to avoid injury. She mixes up the routines and she plays great music too! Great workouts and lots of fun!

The staff is very friendly and inviting. I spent 35 years working in the fitness industry. I have seen a decline in club culture in gyms that I joined. So far, I am very happy. The guy that works In the morning Mon-Fri is an asset to your gym. Deb is great!!

Variety of choices for cardio and weight - lifting. Very clean premises - this is an important feature.
Couple of suggestions -
Please train all staff how to change channels on TVs, not all of them are familiar.
Some of the old tread mills are flawed in speed.
Lastly, for members who have been there for years, may be some discount?

The gym is alway clean, there is always wipes available to wipe the machines down. The front desk is friendly. i enjoy the classes and the festive vibes during the holidays right now.
Need to change up the in house music. It's not a club. Constant club music..

The gym has lots of equipment, lots of space and they keep it clean. Most of all, the music is always cranking to keep you motivated!
