The owners are continually updating equipment, flooring, paint, always very clean, variety of equipment, box room, cycle room, friendly staff.
The new expansion of FF is coming along nicely. Can't wait for it all to be completed. The new equipment in the previous class room space is very modern and will need to learn how to use it all properly. I would also commend the front desk staff. They are much friendlier than previous ones with welcomes and have a nice day greetings. Thank you.

I hope to see some handles re gripped like the seat row machine
And cable machine with one handle w a grip and other one missing. Along with a rowing cable that seems to be wore and not in good shape

Comfortable environment, plenty of machines and free weights to accomplish all your goals. Plus a lot of cardio work out equipment as well. Very pleased, glad I joined.
They have new equipment and expanding. Like very much they are looking to improve. Great place to work out.
