All of the front desk personnel I have interacted with are professional, friendly, and give their best effort to assist me whenever I have a question. I would like to give a special shoutout to Kevin. The facility is always clean and organized and the recently installed bathroom and sauna are a major upgrade. The beverage offerings and prepared meals come in clutch when I am running late on time and everything feels like it's priced fairly. I also have yet to see a machine out of order for longer than a week or so at most which is always reassuring. I look forward to being with this gym for the foreseeable future and happily anticipate whatever new additions come our way as members.

The set up the gym is so interesting with various nooks and crannies with multiple option of the same equipment in various settings. This helps mix it up!

Great gym, cost effective and has everything you need to get a great workout in. only complaint on my end is the volume of people that can be there in rush hours. I don't see that's as the gym's fault.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The staff is always there to answer any question you have. The variety of classes helps me with any training I need. The like the variety of machines and weights.
I would absolutely recommend Fitness Factory Edgewater. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I mainly come for the group classes, especially Zumba and resistance training, and the instructors are fantastic. They are very attentive and always make sure we train safely while staying motivated and healthy.
I also really appreciate how clean the facility is. The cleaning staff are very diligent and quick to respond when wipes run out or when something needs attention. I’m very grateful for their hard work. Overall, it’s a great gym with a positive and supportive environment.
