This was my first time. My daughter Ariana Last name removed invited me. The staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming. The facility is clean and the equipment is state of the art. I started with the cold plunge for 1 min initially, (IT WAS COLD LOL) then worked my way up to 3 min. It will take some adjusting for sure. I am used to the sauna as I get in the sauna from time to time. The vitamin C shower to finish it off was refreshing.
I want to try it out a few more times to get the full benefit from it.

The front desk staff is always amazing and prompt. The ambiance, the music and the whole experience is always amazing. This is my favorite place to go to relax and escape real life!! Love it here. 20/10 experience. 10 stars if I could rate that.

We loved every moment at SweatHouz Roswell! The sauna, vitamin c shower and cold plunge were amazing! And I beat my husband in the cold plunge and stayed in for 3 minutes while he stayed in for 1 n 1/2! We loved how everything waa in one room! Highly recommend!
