Everything! The private suite is like a personal oasis. Very clean and relaxing. The immediate benefits of the infrared lights and now the cold plunge combo! Let's not forget the vitamin c shower! If I could visit the spa daily, I would!

The customer service has been amazing. It was easy to book my intro session, and when I couldn’t find the building, the gentleman working the front desk stood outside and waved me down while staining in the phone with me as I walked around in circles to find it!
Facility was very clean and I was given a great tour and wonderful follow-up before I left. Y’all have thought of everything for what someone would need in the suite and to get ready afterwards!

We loved our experience so much that we are currently building our own cold plunge system for our gym. We went there to see if we would like it before we added a cold plunge to pair with our sauna. The feeling after the plunge was so euphoric that we are addicted after just one visit. Recommend everyone to try the hot cold therapy & Sweat Houz was a beautiful place to start. Employee was kind as well.
The rooms were very clean and simple! I really did like the timer in the room as well. It was super nice to have some self-care things in the rooms as well as in the vanity center. The TV / bluetooth was super nice in the sauna room.

I love the combined services of a sauna and cold plunge all in one. The rooms are cozy and clean and I love the fact that they’re private and include a shower so I can easily transition from recovery to work or other activities. Bonus, the included shampoo and conditioner products smell really good! It’s the perfect recovery option after a week of workouts
Great staff and very relaxing
The best contrast therapy facility I’ve been to yet! (and I’ve been to a lot Iol) The staff was so welcoming and the entire building was so clean. They had amazing add-ons like scented cold pressed towels, hair nets, a place for you to blow dry your hair and get ready, extra towels, electrolytes, your own personalized tv that stinks to the sauna through Bluetooth for you to watch or listen to anything, and so much more! 10 out of 10 experience

Easily accessible in one location
Really enjoying the privacy of the rooms! I like that we can turn the heat up, but also wish it would already be warmer upon arrival. The private shower and cold plunge is amazing!
