The private suites with sauna, shower, and cold plunge is fantastic. I love how relaxing the atmosphere and meditation music from the tv into the sauna are. I love the scented cold compresses and hour long sessions so I don't feel rushed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This has become one of my favorite places.
