I like having the Shower, Sauna, and Cold Plunge all in the same room. Never been to another one of these types of places but I do like that about swthz. I like the potential health benefits to these services as well. I've only been doing this for a short while but I feel amazing every time I leave afterwards.

It was so luxurious and I loved how the shower had the added touch of Vitamin C. The sauna was able to get reallly hot which I love!

I love the patience, care, and thoughtfulness of the staff. The facilities are impeccably clean. I have had to switch my appointments due to traffic and the manager accommodated my delay. The cold plunge, which I am getting more used to, truly helps with inflammation. I highly recommend SweatHouz to anyone who is committed to or is reorienting their attention to practices of self-care.
