Easy to check in , the room and music was comfortable, the staff was great , checked in about whether pressure was fine, and I felt relaxed

I always enjoy my experience at Kume. This was the first time I had a reflexology treatment and will definitely do it again. Joe was very good with pressure points and degree of pressure he applied. The one thing I would request would be to offer a bathrobe instead of remaining in my clothing to round out the spa experience. I also appreciate discount offers. Thank you.
