My experience was really great. I believe my service provider was Jeff and he was awesome. Your place is beautiful, peaceful, clean and super pleasant. I love it. And your prices are incredibly reasonable. This makes it easy to come back often.

Only points I will make are:

When I was there, the music volume went up unexpectedly and it was too loud. Nobody recognized this and adjusted it. The music was very pleasant but it was just too loud, messed up the Zen a bit.

Also, it was a little cold. The blanket was a very nice and important touch. If you guys are keeping it cold to manage germ spread, perhaps offer people extra/warmed blankets on the front end.

I will; be back! and plan to become a member. Super happy to have found you all.

A most wonderful experience. Very peaceful / tranquil environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tony was great. He seemed to know just what to do to heal my aches.

I will definitely be back and recommend the Kume Spa and Tony to everyone.
