I had a great experience at Kume, all the staff were friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I really could not have asked for a better time. I was insanely relaxed and felt very cared for. I went for a massage but I’ll have to come back to see the rest of what they offer.

My experience was really great. I believe my service provider was Jeff and he was awesome. Your place is beautiful, peaceful, clean and super pleasant. I love it. And your prices are incredibly reasonable. This makes it easy to come back often.
Only points I will make are:
When I was there, the music volume went up unexpectedly and it was too loud. Nobody recognized this and adjusted it. The music was very pleasant but it was just too loud, messed up the Zen a bit.
Also, it was a little cold. The blanket was a very nice and important touch. If you guys are keeping it cold to manage germ spread, perhaps offer people extra/warmed blankets on the front end.
I will; be back! and plan to become a member. Super happy to have found you all.
