Front desk staff is lovely and the massage therapists are professional. When I say "hard" pressure, they actually dig deep. The atmosphere transports me to somewhere far away from Oakland.

I had a great experience at Kume, all the staff were friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I really could not have asked for a better time. I was insanely relaxed and felt very cared for. I went for a massage but I’ll have to come back to see the rest of what they offer.

Lilly is amazing. I always have a great experience, but my most recent reflexology massage was exceptional. Not only did I feel relaxed afterward, I felt rejuvenated.
