The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. It's nice to have spa water and tea when I enter, though the wait is never more than 5 minutes. I am a member (BEST money ever spent!). Though I have had several massage therapists, my favorie is Charie (if you prefer lpts of pressure). The items for sale are a bonus.
Staff is polite & professional. I get the relief in my back and neck from working on my feet all day. Easy to schedule appts.

Great neck and foot massage! It was very relaxing, even in a group setting. Staff was very good and really nice, checking in pressure and making sure I was comfortable.

Amazing massage from Tony and Tom. My husband and I were some of the inaugural members of the Foot Spa when they first opened. We have had good experiences over the years but had not be going regularly because of the pandemic and busy lives. We will definitely be back. We did the combo 30 min foot and 60 min body massage and it was one of the better massages I have ever had. Kume is also very clean, nice decor and lighting and the staff there truly cares about the customer experience.

The foot reflexology that Joe provided was really deep and thorough. I liked the no rush approach and how he focused on relieving tension in key areas rather than focusing on hitting all spots in a full body massage. My neck, shoulders, upper back, hamstring and calves needed more work. I will be coming back.

Very relaxing experience
The reception was very helpful & friendly. Charlie was an amazing masseuse and the entire spa feels soothing & welcoming. I've already recommended to 3 people since Saturday!
Although most of the massages I’ve received have been great, this past experience was a little disappointing. I booked a 75 min foot reflexology, like I always do, which is usually 15 min on my back and shoulders and about 60 min on my feet. This particular therapist did 45min on my back and shoulders and less than 20 on my feet. I probably won’t boom this particular therapist in the future.
