I enjoy the quietness when I am getting massage,
HOWEVER THERE WERE TWO LADIES IN THE ROOM SITTING TOGETHER WHEN
I WAS GETTING MY MASSAGE. THEY WERE TALKING SO LOUD! I HAD TO ASK THEM TO PLEASE LOWER OR STOP THEIR CONVERSATION!! MY MASSAGE LADY AGREEDED WITH ME AND OFFERED TO MOVE ME ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING IN ONE OF THE PRIVATE ROOMS.
SOMEONE NEEDS TO INSTALL A SIGN IN THE MASSAGE ROOM INDICATING THAT CELL PHONES AND MOUTH TO MOUTH LOUD TALKING CANNOT BE TOLERATED WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE GET A MASSAGE. IT WAS VERY RUDE OF THEM AND THEY CONTINUED ON AFTER I MOVED TO A PROVATE ROOM.
I love Tim, and the other 2 practitioners I had recently were great. This type of consistency will definitely bring Kume up higher.

We had not been to Kume since before the epidemic and were happy with the 1 hour reflexology massages we had. It seems more expensive than it used to be, but the massages were great.
It feels so great to be in the space. The signature barley tea is something I look forward to every time. The place is clean, the service impeccable and the massages are always great. I have literally never had a bad massage here.
