My wife and I have been going to Kume for 12 years. They offer great, affordable massages by skilled staff. I prefer deep tissue massage and my wife prefers lighter pressure and we’ve both been satisfied for more than a decade!

Great masseuse, but every time I am there, the music is inconsistent (not on for a good portion of my time). It would be nice to help drown out the noise. And maybe out a sign up to remind guests to use quiet voices

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The person who gave me my massage did a good job and was responsive to my requests.
The only negative is that when I was about to pay I was told that the fee had increased. Since I just started my subscription two weeks ago, this news was disappointing and a bit upsetting. Apparently an email went out which I didn’t receive.

I've had some very fantastic massages here. It would feel safer with these new covid strains if front desk staff were masked.
What a treat! 30 minute body massage was amazing! I didnt think it would be long enough, but I walked out feeling relieved. I wouldn’t mind longer, and need to check out the foot massage next time. Self care Sunday!
