I have been going to Kume off and on since the days it first opened as The Foot Spa. While I’ve generally had good experiences there I have had some favorite therapists over the years. While mist are technically good, some have been standouts- (luge Sue fie example, who is no longer there) primarily because they are present and seem to genuinely attend to what’s happening in the body throughout the session, rather than just do their particular routine. My session with Lily was one of those standouts. She’s clearly very ecorounced and very skilled - but my sense was that she was paying kern attention to my body and my experience at that moment. It made me want to be more regular in getting massages at Kume again. And I will ask for Lily.

Love the clean quiet atmosphere. Love my therapist Andy. I have been a guest for several years and am a massage therapist myself. Believe me when I say Andy is the best!
The ambiance was nice, the reception staff were friendly, my masseuse did a wonderful job and I enjoyed my experience as a whole.

I think she did a wonderful job but because her appointment prior to me ran a little over I felt like I got less time but it still was a great overall experience and she did a good job I will be back
Everything vibe was amazing I felt very relaxed during my scrub even the massage I fell asleep it was perfect. Only thing I wish I would have done differently was pick a different aroma therapy
