Brad Smith is an awesome tech. He takes his time and is very personable. He always lets me know when he is on the way, asks me what issues I am experiencing and where. The Acworth office is always very helpful as well. Francisco in customer care has been so helpful in helping me schedule my services and also most recently notating the work order to request Brad use the traditional products at his visit to my house this week.

So far - interior pest elimination has been great. We missed mosquito season this year but we’ll see how things go next spring. Had a slight install issue with termite stations however Northwest promptly resolved it.
