Everyone is very helpful. They know their jobs and do them well. The technicians take care of all types of pests, whether it is part of the normal periodic work or if there are new unusual ones. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful with scheduling, billing, etc. Thank you all for a job well done! It is a privilege to work with you on a consistent basis.
My tech is always thorough, personable and respectful. He doesn't appear to be in a "rush" to get through, but takes time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I really like the fact that I get the same person each time. You feel like your build a rapport with them.

My house was a dental before I moved in. There was a horrible infestation of cockroaches which I could not get rid of. Northwest Exterminating had been recommended by several neighbors so I set up a treatment plan. Very quickly NO ROACHES! They continue to treat my house and have been very reliable.
