I just have a comment/question though. I'm paying for the Green elite service (termites protection), and I understand this covers a review of the termites station once a year. Could your team review the termite stations at least twice a year? IF the stations do not work, it might leave up to 1 year for termite issues to be detected, and termite to damage a house.

Great service. Always on call to come out and take care of unexpected issues. Also, I had a Northwest employee uncover some water damage to our roof. We would never have known about this issues without him noticing this.
Brad and NW have done excellent work on our home and yard. Brad meets his commitments for time, and our home is pest-free. Brad is respectful of our property, and coordinates in advance and on arrival. We appreciate his personal touch, and professional service.
