That I’m notified by email asking to arrange my service. I still have spiders especially in my basement. Technician told me, when I asked about spraying for them, he told me “we aren’t allowed to spray up high”. He has, on occasion , used the duster pole on the small front porch for the spider webs. I asked about why they don’t wear mask while spraying the chemicals. He said no need to. He usually calls on the service day and says ‘ I’m in the area is it ok for me to come now I’m just 5 min away. It is always earlier than when I set up the time with the office. Just don’t get going myself early morning.
