I get a call when it is time for my next service. I can keep the pre-arranged service date and time or cancel and reschedule for another date. They seem always to have dates and times that work for me. I get a call on the day of service and the technicians arrive on time and do a great job both inside and outside my home. The service technician is always cheerful and puts me at ease. The most important thing is that the only insects I ever see inside my home are dead.
Techs are courteous and on time. Whenever a reoccurrence happens, they come and handle it quickly.
Ely has serviced my house for the last couple of quarters and does a fantastic job. Had a concern last summer that didn’t involve Ely and Q service, but that there were strange flying insects in the front yard that I hadn’t ever seen before. BOOM! Within minutes a team of 2 NW professionals were at my house and advised me as to what the issue was. Everyone at NW gives exceptional customer service and I highly recommend them.

We have very little problems with unwanted critters. Wish we could afford to have the yard treated for mosquitoes, but part of the problem is too much ivy.
