A great company, all staff are nice to deal with, they know their product and also what needs to be done. Always on time and they call before. Have treatments for both outside and inside. Very pleased that we found them when we moved here a few year back.
Northwest Exterminating is reliable, technicians are knowledgeable about rodents and bugs of all species, in this area and from other regions. Northwest seems to have employed men and women who are fearless. I have watched them climb from my raised deck to the roof edge and do battle with a spider the size of a salad plate! The spider after being sprayed by the Northwest Technician, attempted to escape hopeful it could return later (I think). The Northwest Tech, moved down the ladder rapidly to keep up with the spider's rapid decent keeping an eye on it as it tried to hide in the lawn. It was zapped one more time and carried away for disposal in the Northwest Truck with a giant angry mouse painted on it.
My more recent Northwest visit was on a below freezing day this January, and still a Northwest Technician arrived ready to maintain the protective perimeter they have placed around this house. I am a very satisfied Fan of Northwest Exterminating.
Safe and accurate time frame
Nathan, my regular technician is outstanding. He's knowledgeable about his work, and does a thorough job. He has excellent communication skills. He listens carefully to my concerns and addresses each one. He is patient with my questions and explains things in a way I can understand. I sure hope he continues in my area!
I like that you keep my home free of bugs without having to get me to provide access to my home. It’s done outside so it’s very convenient. If a bug somehow gets in when I do gardening they don’t survive. The processes don’t affect me or interrupt my day. Even when I go outside to do yardwork or gardening there’s nothing in my way.
