The technician that treats your yard is friendly, always call ahead and let you know that they’re coming to your house, and ask if you have any questions. It’s usually the same person. My tech is Eli. He’s always in a good mood! And it’s nice to have the same person treating my yard.

I love our text! He always goes above and beyond. He calls and lets me know when he will be coming. It happens rarely, but if I need to have him come back and do something if a new problem arises between visits, he does do gladly and promptly. He is one of the main reasons I stay with Northwest. You should clone this employee!
However, I do have a problem with Northwest. I was widowed last year and I am a senior citizen with health problems. Every quarter I get an increase in both pest and termites. I am going to be forced to look at other vendors for better pricing. Respectively, Name removed

The technician was punctual, kind and knowledgeable. He took his time but also didn’t waste time and got the job done quickly. I would definitely use northwest again!
Andrew has provided such wonderful service. He's friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and genuinely seems like he wants to help us identify any potential issues and how to resolve. When I told him we had an issue with wasps getting into the house, he quickly identified where they could be getting in from and how to resolve with videos. He goes above and beyond!
