Northwest Representatives who are on the field and come home to do the service are fantastic. They explain what they would be checking, examine each and every section of the home to make sure there has been no infestation. They check thoroughly outside all along the home and when they are done, they always update to what their investigation was all about.
This time Nathan arrived at home. He has a wonderful personality, he is knowledgeable, gave me a report, went to his truck to prepare a formal report, let me sign one and handed me a hard copy. I like when representatives have a brief talk about what they have done. Thank you.
