This is my second time using Northwest for wildlife exclusions (different houses). Just like the first time, it was a smooth and easy process. They make it easy, and I know that I'm going to get a fair price.

It's mainly that we love Brad. He's fantastic, always asking how we're doing. Remembers what we did last time and what common pest issues we've mentioned before. He is outstanding!
Very nice and professional person comes to our house and does the work and if we have a problem with anything like 🐜 in the yard, he take care of it.
Outstanding!
Our service technician, Wade is very knowledgeable. We had an annoying ant problem this past summer due to all the rain.
Wade was spot on: Treated our home inside, and most importantly found where they were accessing our home on the outside( an area
.we would have never thought to look) , had us come out to see their pathway( see before he treated the house outside), then had us come back out after awhile to see how the ants were already declining in number, and gave us great tips on what to do and not to do in the future. Wade has been our pest control technician for over 2 years and has always done a great job.
Unobtrusive and timely.
Thank you! Excellent service. I filled out the contact me form and they called on the next business day. Colby explained all the services and helped me decide what I needed. Gave me the different payment options. Rich came out as scheduled. He was there when I got home and was incredibly thorough and very pleasant. Explained what he was doing and what he had already done. I have/had a lot of ants around the exterior of the house and huge spiders. I am happy to say I haven't seen a single bug yet. Yay!
