I love that Austin has been our technician since 2021 when we bought our house. I feel like that is probably not normal in pest control, and we very much appreciate that we know who he is and he knows our house. Service is always great and he and the company are quick to respond to any issue or callback. I love the quarterly pay that covers everything. 100% recommend.
