Rhett is always amazing and thorough. He had to come on a second visit to complete the inspection for the initial person. My only suggestion is to ensure you travel with your ladders for 2 to 3 floor dwellings/homes to ensure a thorough inspection is conducted for Wild Life policies. You can NOT see clearly from ground level when roof lines are that high, and segmented. Also it is an inconvenience when customers have to do call backs. Pls just bear that in mind. The great thing is that the hospitality and professionalism is always top notch/incredible!

I started using Northwest Exterminating when we first moved here in 2021. Being new construction that backs up to a woods, I had LOTS of bugs including scorpions. They successfully got rid of everything that was in the house and immediately surrounding our house and have kept our home bug free.
I would totally recommend them as they not only get the job done, but give a heads up when they are on their way, and always checkin to see if there's anything specific that needs addressed at that time. Love these guys!

I like the continuity we have with our NW man (Rich!). He is always attentive to our yard, advises us about where roaches like to lurk, and where mosquitoes like to breed. He is quick to help with anything we have noticed inside, like spiders or any kind of bug. He is friendly and enjoys his work. And we enjoy HIM! He's a keeper!

Your services are affordable and keep our home and yard pest free. Roger provides our maintenance services and is dependable and always checks in to determine if we have issues that should be addressed when he comes out.
Courteous staff and timely service.
Ian is extremely thorough. Upon arrival he inquires as to any issues or problems. If we are seeing insects in the house, he takes note of where and what type of insect. Follows up before leaving and lets us know what specific actions he took to address possible concerns. Also, Ian is very respectful of our home. He always wears shore covers when inside the home.

The scheduled times, the convenience, the platinum plan that encompasses all pest & termites etc.. And if I find anything inside my residence I can just call them and they’ll come out
