Used your service in Marietta from about 1985 until fall 2017, we moved to savannah then and have used your pest service here since our arrival. I would prefer to be phoned and scheduled rather than receiving an email telling when you are coming.
We always get polite, courteous, qualified personnel both from your office and from your drivers.

Reliable. I think effective except last summer the mosquito and knat protection wasn’t as good as the year before. I was bitten several times just walking outside for a moment. I reported this. Also, whenever we had the person come inside (as an addendum to the regular quarterly service if necessary) in the past years, the service was great. But last summer the technician didn’t mix the spray properly and it left a white residue throughout our house that we had to have cleaned. I reported this as well but never heard back. The technician seems like a good and conscientious worker. But the mixture wasn’t right. Maybe it wasn’t his fault. Buy Northwest should have got back to me. Otherwise the service is good.
