Love that this company uses natural non-toxic products and offers a guarantee of control for multiple pests. I have had some questions about when the service is actually performed since I can't tell when they come by, but they have been responsive to input and are working on leaving notification for me after each treatment. Everyone I've spoken to at the company has been very pleasant and professional!

I have been with this exterminating company even before it was called Northwest exterminating. It was Piedmont pest control then. But the technician, Stephen, has been with us way before the company was purchased by Northwest exterminating. I’m so glad he is still servicing our house. He is very professional, he is very Much someone who not only does a good job, but I feel very comfortable having him in my home.
Casey does an outstanding job for us. We have not had any indoor issues with insects for years now. We have been with Northwest for close to ten years. We are very happy with the service.
