My previous review left something to be desired regarding the quality and effectiveness of the services we recieved. After speaking to one of the managers and getting a plan together to make some corrections to our current services, things are going much better now. I am pleased to report that Northwest has willingly done all they can do to resolve our concerns. I would recommend their services to other homeowners who may need them.
Northwest has kept us as a client for years by their product being effective, their staff being supportive, efficient and kind. The true hero for us has been our tech, Justin who has always gone above and beyond from never being late to always staying to take the time to make sure that we're completely satisfied with the work he's done. His knowledge of his field and the time and techniques he uses to make sure that the application is done correctly is impressive! He consistently shows up, assesses any needs beyond regular maintenance and makes sure that we are confident that the issue has been resolved before he leaves. Northwest has been great ! Very few bugs in the house since I've started using them and they were generally already dead or dying.
Techs were friendly and took time explaining what they were doing. My problem after spraying for Z mosquitoes they were still there. They came back and sprayed again so I will keep you informed.

My service man, Todd, is knowledgable and provided excellent, friendly customer service when he visited last time at 769 Eli Knob Rd. He knew what he was talking about. I appreciated him taking the time to investigate my bug problem, find the source and a solution. He took the time to look at the pictures of bugs that I took. He knew what to do. I haven't seen another bug since.
Northwest was quick to respond to my last review and came back to track the source of the ants that were persisting. Time will tell, but I am seeing less activity. The activity I did see was possibility stragglers making their way back out to the new bait.

The technician lets you know he’s there. In addition to his normal duties, he cleans around the ceilings on all outdoor areas. This is so helpful as it’s hard for me to do.
